Getting started

Step by step

  1. 1Open Innios and select the profile that should receive the imported records.
  2. 2Go to Profile → Data management → Health Data Sync.
  3. 3Enable Health Data Sync and select Apple Health on iOS or Health Connect on Android.
  4. 4Choose the metrics you want Innios to read.
  5. 5Grant read permission when your device asks.
  6. 6Tap Sync now to test the connection.
  7. 7After a sync successfully creates or updates a log, keep Automatic sync enabled for future imports.
  • The first sync checks approximately the previous 30 days. Later syncs overlap the last successful sync to avoid missing records that arrive late.
  • Imported records are marked as auto-logged so you can distinguish them from manual entries.
  • Innios reads from the platform health store; it does not write Innios records back to Apple Health or Health Connect.
Good to know: Automatic sync is best effort. Mobile operating systems can delay background work, so Innios also checks for due syncs when the app opens or resumes.
